Microsoft today revealed their collaboration with Sequence to create NFC bracelets. The newest SEQUENCE collection includes 3 bracelets designed on a Microsoft Surface and contain an NFC chip that, when tapped against the back of your smartphone will play a short video showing how the bracelets were made.
The SEQUENCE NFC Knot bracelets provide customers with an easy way to understand the direct link between purchase and impact on the lives of at-risk youth in El Salvador. The initiative represents a new way for socially conscious fashion brands to leverage technology to tell their story, connect consumers to causes and highlight the artists they empower.
“Microsoft’s mission is to empower everyone on the planet to achieve more. We are inspired by people like Ariela Suster who sees no limits to what is possible.” Said Jeff Hansen, General Manager, Brand, at Microsoft. “We are proud to partner with her and Sequence and eager to help her make a difference in the world.” Go here (http://www.sequencecollection.com/pages/sequence-x-microsoft) to check out the Sequence X Microsoft collaboration.
