Microsoft is working on a new tool that a lot of power users may like. Recently, Jason, the Program Manager on the Windows Insider Engineering team at Microsoft announced that the company is working on a new tool which will provide a simple and easy way to clean install Windows 10. The new tool is currently under testing and it should be coming to Windows Insiders sometime very soon. In a Microsoft Answers thread, Jason stated (http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/forum/insider_wintp-insider_repair/coming-soon-a-tool-to-start-fresh/55a2f3c7-4795-4685-b3ee-20187684c511?tm=1463023852150&auth=1):

Hello Windows Insiders!

Want a simple and easy way to start fresh with a clean installation of Windows?  Looking for an easy way to do this?  We’re working on a tool to make this possible.

Final testing and validation is underway and we will want your feedback once it is ready to go!  Stay tuned for additional information as we work through the finishing touches.

And as always, thank you for being Windows Insiders!
The new tool will probably be part of the upcoming Windows 10 Insider Build, and it will be interesting to see how this tool will work exactly. As for the public, this new tool will most likely come with the upcoming Anniversary Update for Windows 10, which is expected to get released later this summer.
