You may recall that Microsoft had previously announced that it was working on a new solution that would allow users to clean install Windows 10 if they wanted to start fresh.
It now appears that this tool is already available for download.
Though, it seems that it only works with Redstone builds — which should not be a big issue, as we are nearing the launch of the Anniversary Update.
Although Redmond had not said anything about this new tool, the download link has been spotted by regular Microsoft watcher @h0x0d. And from the looks of things, it certainly seems that Microsoft has no intention of removing it anytime soon.

As stated above, this program only works with Redstone builds, so for the time being, those of you that want to use it on a computer running the stable version of Windows 10, it will not launch.
The software titan had previously stated that it wanted to provide users with an easy way to clean install Windows 10:
“Hello Windows Insiders! Want a simple and easy way to start fresh with a clean installation of Windows? Looking for an easy way to do this? We’re working on a tool to make this possible.
Final testing and validation is underway and we will want your feedback once it is ready to go! Stay tuned for additional information as we work through the finishing touches. And as always, thank you for being Windows Insiders!”
And this certainly looks like solution the company had crated.
Plus, since the application is already available for download, it most likely means that Microsoft has started the public testing ahead of the launch of the Anniversary Update in July.
Expect an announcement on this soon.
