After waiting a day to check out the data, Dona Sarkar has pushed the red button and released Windows 10 Insider build 17040 for Fast Ring Insiders on PC (http://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperience/2017/11/16/announcing-windows-10-insider-preview-build-17040-pc/). The new build includes improvements to Settings, the Touch keyboard, and handwriting, as well as a bunch of fixes and minor improvements. We’ll have all the latest for you up soon, but for now, get to downloading!
