Post by: javajolt on February 21, 2018, 12:22:58 PM
Microsoft yesterday released a new firmware update for Surface Pro 3 devices. This update includes new firmware for Surface UEFI resolves security vulnerabilities including the Meltdown and Spectre.

Surface UEFI (v3.11.2350.0) resolves potential security vulnerabilities, including Microsoft security advisory 180002 (http://portal.msrc.microsoft.com/en-us/eula).

You can update it through Windows Update or you can also manually update the firmware by downloading it from the Surface Pro 3 Drivers and Firmware Page (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=38826).
