To post video and audio clips in your SMF forum posts from OVER 180+ sites including YouTube/DailyMotion/MetaCafe/GoogleVideo/BBC Iplayer (uk only) just copy the url from your address bar into a post  and the site will do the work.

A little off-topic maybe but for Who wants to download a Youtube video just use the simple tool : Youtubedownloader.
