Title: What about changing the Virtual Memory?
Post by: sethm1 on January 15, 2010, 10:00:36 PM
Win 7 64 bit Asus P6T
Intel i7 940
6 GB Ram (3x2GB of Corsair DDR3 and 1600 mhz – rated 1.65 v)
320 GB hard drive – (is not already partitioned)

There seems to be various feelings on this, but I think most opinions on changing the Virtual Memory in the Performance options is with PC's with 2 GB of RAM.
I read that anything over 6GB I could set the PC to “No paging file”
But I tried this & the PC would not allow No paging file.

And would there be any settings to change in the BIOS?
