Apple unveiled their newest revolutionary(?)  Gizmo the iPad with some of the unique features like large touch screens, iBooks etc. iBooks feature of the iPad was the one which  attracted  me the most.  The look of wooden shelf with the books arranged in it was an eye catcher. You can buy books from the store and read it like you do with an original book in full screen.
Is the price of iPad little  high for you to test iBooks  ? Dont worry. If you are an iPhone or iPod touch owner you have an alternate free app available in App store  called Classics. As the name suggests the app  has around 20 + famous classics  which you can read anytime. You can re – arrange , bookmark pages etc. Though only few books are available as of now, the team behind classics promise the increase in number of books soon.

So, did this app  Classics  influence Apple Inc to come up with the  idea of  iBooks store? What do you think ? Welcoming comments.
