Installed nicely on a Lenova S10 Netbook says eval copy whats the deal? how long will it last?

i installed it today on my sisters computer which is self build and the computer is at least 5 years old and it works only thing the aero don't work but no big problem the rest work i thought i would have that problem cause of how old the graphics card is
