Microsoft has compiled the latest build of Windows 7 at its labs.The latest microsoft build is Windows 7 Build 7106 . The build string is 6.1.7106.0.winmain.090408-1623 which shows that the build was compiled on 08th April 2009 at 16:23 Hours. Microsoft is also stimuntaneously compilling 70XX Series Builds.
Update:
Build 7106 has been leaked in both x86 and x64. It's also in Chinese instead of English. Could be fake though.

Why does the info say Chineese version, when the Chineese sites BAIDO and Muzi both say the TB links are for the EN version? The links they provided are exactly the same links first posted on Mininova (now removed).
Also the Setup which I have also says EN. Download is not complete, yet so can not fully check out... But the Chineese sites say if you have IPv6 installed and working your version will be English not simple chineese.

Description:
This is _ONLY_ for x86.
Ok its semi working, however instalation is bit complicated :)
First of all download pack and extract it in C:\.
You need to copy ALL folders to C:\ and overwrite everything, however it will give you premission problems even if you copy as admin, since lots of files are protected, so what i suggest is to boot it from Win7 english DVD (version doesnt matter), chose repair there and copy from that command prompt with xcopy. If your extracted files are on C:\English.7106.x86, when you are on repair command prompt, then you can simply use 1stcopyme.cmd. If they are not and they are for example on D:\English.7106.x86, then you need to manualy copy with xcopy, command is "xcopy * D:\ /S"
Now reboot in to windows, it will still be in chinese, so you run "2ndrunmeasadmin.cmd" as admin doh and apply English.reg in to registry. Reboot and you have 7106 in english ;)

EDIT2: 2ndrunmeasadmin.cmd is broken ;) so just apply English in to registry and reboot

Riso, this is a good link not a fraud/fake? it is really starting to get a bit confusing with what is good, bad or indifferent....
now is this one to be clean installed or can i install over top of 7077?
also, where might i find keys for this version?

some Yes.
But 7077 is almost simulair to 7106.
Soon 7107 is going to be leaked(within 48H) maybe it's better in Your case to wait for that Build.

In case You still want to try Build 7106:
Best option for a perfect ENGLISH Build 7106:
1) while installing, format partition for clean build and leave internet connected for updates
2) after install run lang.reg file found on dvd root
3) goto language bar on desktop, make en-us priority, remove chinese ... same for keyboard
4) run updates + reboot (maybe a few times) to lose chinese menus, etc.
works great, only one thing missing is speech recognition (chinese only installed)but who cares!.
Tested all 100%

thanks riso. i will hold off 'til 7107 since it is suppose to leak fairly soon anyway. no speech recognition, omg how can you live without it roflol :*) just kidding

Build 7106, which leaked the other day in chinese, is in fact 7076 with a revved up build number. So currently 7077 is the newest from a code perspective as 7106 does not contain the new visual style elements (updated taskbar buttons etc…) that are in 7077. So for all of you who have 7077, stick with it and don’t bother with 7106, it’s not worth the hassle of attempting to translate it. I really only did it myself to see if it was even possible.

A friend of mine, download the same version which is already cracked with the EN language package.
he says it actually is the exact same as 7105-en which is also 7077-en.
but 7077 is RC Escrow version and 7105 is pre RTM version.
so it really is a waste of time... DL and install Win7 7077.en (RC Escrow) release.

Can someone post where can I find a Simplified Chinese package that will work with Windows 7. I found one for Vista but refused to install in Windows 7.
In fact, Windows 7 just simply refuses to install Vista drivers (so far none for my VAIO), why people said Windows 7 use Vista drivers and upgrading is really simple. I didn't find that is the case. Is there a trick in there to fool Windows 7?
