Windows Phone 7 UI has been successfully transplanted to the iPhone via custome theme. The developer  woocash-kun on DeviantArt (http://woocash-kun.deviantart.com/art/Windows-7-Mobile-Theme-158086444 (http://woocash-kun.deviantart.com/art/Windows-7-Mobile-Theme-158086444)) states that he is not going to release it to the public and wants to keep it to himself for the time being.
