How big was the launch of the iPad? Enough so that a phishing scam e-mail message was sent out on Monday telling people to contact the Apple Store.
As usual with these scams, the message appears to be about an order from a vendor. Here, the sender is store.apple.com and the subject line presents a long number and then either “Apple Store Notification” or “Apple Store Notify.” The body of the message presents a link to “order info” as well as a suggestion to contact customer service.

Now, I don’t recall other Apple Store phishing messages. Could this be the first?
