Anyone else found it refused to upgrade from their current beta version? It just gives me a screen saying upgrade not available on this version......... another 5 hours rebuild including all apps (adobe CS4 etc) oh no !!!!!
But then this one should and will hopefully be the last time, probably do it overnight when I have nothing else to occupy my time.

you must do a clean install for beta verions of win 7 to rc

Wouldn't "Windows Easy Transfer" make this easier?

There is a file you can change if you extract all files to your HD... open sources/cversion
([HostBuild]
MinClient=7077.0 (change to 7000.0)
MinServer=7000.0
which means you can upgrade from 7077.0 now if you change the MinClient=7077.0 to 7000.0
then save. you can upgrade from your version... this allows the version check to be bypassed.
