POLL Windows 7 RC Followup: Are You a (Windows 7) PC?
« on: May 07, 2009, 07:16:24 PM »

Windows 7 RC was hit servers on Monday night, and since then excited users have downloaded the operating system preview left and right. Now we want to know: Did you join in the fun?

We conducted the same (unscientific) poll when Microsoft rolled out Windows 7 Beta, and over two-thirds of respondents were already using Windows 7, so we're curious to see how things have changed.

Hi Mazzie,

GOOD FOR YOU!  I too have it as my main OS x2, 1 x86 on my desktop, and 1 x64 on my laptop both cleanly reformatted and clean installs.  Installation took under 30 minutes.  I do however still have a system still running XP Pro just in case but have not encountered that just in case since Jan. with the first Build.

I've got it downloaded and ready to go, but I won't have a chance to install until after exams.  The suspense is killing me!

1. Full version of Vista SP2.
2. Dual boot Windows 7 - every version upgrade except 7000, upgrade to 7022, 7048, 7057, 7077,  upgraded to 7106.
did not want to down grade to 7100 RC. quite happy I never, I have none of the problems many of the 7100 uses are having.

using Win7 over 50% of the time. boot to Vista every 3d day...
The only STUPID Question is the one you never asked.
