A customer walked-in an Apple Retail Store and used the new web-based jailbreak method on one of the display iPhone 4 devices. He also took a video of the act. We expect that after this, Apple staff would have to re-image iPhone 4 display devices and maybe guard more closely these devices going forward. The video can be found below.

The new iPhone/iPad/iPod touch web-based jailbreak method is extremely easy to use and removes the complexity of installing software on a PC or Mac. Users just go to a specific website and just start the process by sliding a button (similar to the way someone unlocks iOS devices). However, users need to be very careful when visiting websites in general as the same method can be used by a malware website to install code on their device. We expect Apple to come up with a software fix very soon.

I'm unsure, but I think he exactly recorded that at the West Town Mall, in Knoxville TN!  Cause I seen that place and went by it a few time!
