Download (for Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, Solaris) http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/alternates/

It is recommended to uninstall all previous versions with the uninstaller from the above download page.
All browsers should be closed when the uninstaller runs.
Make sure to uncheck any unwanted software offers during the installation.
