Google+ Status Updates In Gmail
« on: August 24, 2011, 06:11:09 PM »
Google is continuing its policy of slow up gradation of its recently launched social networking website Google+. The search engine is working on a widget which will help recent Google+ posts shared with you by your friends.  The newly launched social network received a mixed reaction since its launch a couple of months back.

Google+ status in your gmail account soon!

The new feature which is being added by the internet giant makes it easy for you to read the status updates along with your mail. The status will appear on the right of the mail that you are reading. Gmail People Widget is a popular feature of Google which allows you to access recent emails, calling the person not to mention a quick chat. This does not stop at only this; the widget also provides you with option to get info of other people in case more than one person is involved.

And what are the essentials for accessing this feature? It is simple. People at both ends should have a Google account and He/ She should share a status update with you. Isn’t it simple? The man behind the present advancement of Google is Steven Bills. The feature will be rolled across all Google accounts in matter of couple of days. It will be next step in stepping up its competition against massively growing Facebook.

As far as I can see, the new nifty feature is nothing more but a convenience related advancement. It will merely save your efforts of clicking on the Google+ link to see what our friends are saying. It now just a few days away that we will actually taste the new development.
