Microsoft launched the new overhauled look for Windows Store which includes many new features and improvements. The new interface has been designed for mouse users as well as for touch screen devices. It also fixes the bugs which let some under-rated apps to appear on top lists and Microsoft is finally hand picking the apps for the top and best rated apps categories.
The new store look is very awesome in look and it seems much more-smooth in use and the new interface seems easy to navigate. But, getting the new Store look is a bit difficult as you will have to install a couple of updates before getting the new overhauled Store look.
Simply follow the instructions below to get the new Store look in Windows 8.1 Update.
Instructions:Before proceeding to the instructions, you will need to fulfill few requirements:
You must be running Windows 8.1 Update or Windows RT 8.1 Update to get the new look for Store
You will need to download and install the latest Updates for Windows from Windows Updates. Go to
PC Settings >
Update and recovery >
Windows Update. Here make sure you have install the all the latest Updates for your PC.
Assuming you have installed the latest Updates for your Windows 8.1 PC, go to the Start Screen and type Wsreset.
wsreset would be showed in results. Open it. This will clear the Windows Store cache from your PC.
You would be taken to desktop and then, immediately to the Store where you latest Store interface will be show up.
