This is a really interesting catch from WZOR.
Microsoft seem to be experimenting with what seems to be a new and innovative way to apply updates.
On the surface of it all it seems like they may be looking at peer to peer updates as an optional method of delivering updates to user computers.
The news comes from this screenshot.

You can see the options available seem to indicate that there are now multiple options about how you can receive updates.
It says you can “download apps and OS updates from multiple sources to get them more quickly”. This definitely seems like a peer to peer time solution and on the surface seems like a good idea.
Not sure long term how I’ll feel about PTP for all my updates to my PC.
