Microsoft Teases Windows 10 Build 10134, More Refined
« on: June 02, 2015, 03:19:53 AM »
Proof that the software titan is now all in with the polish of its new operating system. Windows 10 build 10134 could soon be released to Windows Insiders, Redmond has confirmed.

The company very recently launched build 10130 last week, but this new version could be launched for fast ring users — if everything goes to plan. The fact that this version of the preview is under testing has been confirmed by Gabriel Aul, the head of the Windows Insider program.

Here’s the official statement, by the way:

Even better? Like the look of it.

He has further confirmed that Microsoft is mostly about fixing bugs while improving performance in Windows 10 these days. And while fewer new features might be introduced in upcoming builds of the operating system, it will be more of a refined experience from here on.

In other words, lots of small improvements to every build at this stage of development.

The big question is just how many preview versions we can expect in these next couple of months, as the company has already confirmed the July 29 launch date for the RTM version of Windows 10.

Hardware devices and retail boxed copies are set to be available in August, but Windows Insiders and those upgrading from the two previous versions of Windows will be able to deploy the new OS by the end of next month.
