32bit to 64bit file structure

Currently running Win7 Beta build 7100 and will be building a computer within 30 days. Sounds like a holiday expectation to me. I want to run Win7 Prof 64bit with the new build. If I use Easy Transfer will the file systems match up or will Easy Transfer get confused. Any other complications here?
