The rumor that the famous HTC HD 2 has a secret extra 128 RAM started in China. That happened a little while after the manufacturer announced that the US version of the phone will have the SAME extra 128 RAM that everybody wonders of just for US borders. Coincidence? We think not.
Although the US upgrade of the Ram memory was designed for the use of the upgraded ROM memory (US version has an extra 512 ROM memory), we can’t imagine why the designers of the HTC HD2 could of have hidden this feature.

Although, there was a moment when the folks from HTC Russia said that: “For Diamond 2 firmware is not planned. Of the existing communicators on the market, only the HD2 firmware to get WM7.”
So we have a possible answer. Could the manufactures of the HTC HD 2 kept in secret that their smart phone could handle the new OS: Windows Mobile 7?
