WSH 5.8, MS Management Console, Task Manager - and friends

Since we have some very knowledgeable people in this forum, and some of us not so, I wonder if the following topics would be worthy of some elaboration:

1) Microsoft Management Console
2) Task Manager (a nice way to avoid macros - or needing to think and plan for that matter)
3) Windows Script Host 5.8 -- w/easy samples

Believe it or not, I am just now learning about these things. Never needed them, or so I thought, way back in my NT 4.0 days.
