Lenovo has just introduced a new laptop accessory called a Power Hub. Basically it’s a single device for charging your laptop — and for connecting up to four USB peripherals.
Of course, with a retail price of $74.99, it might be cheaper to pick up a generic USB hub and laptop charger. But there’s something awfully charming about a 2-in-1 product that can serve multiple needs. If you’re the sort of person who always carriers your charger and USB hub at the same time, it’s nice to know that you might be able to pack one less thing.
I also wouldn’t be surprised to start seeing cheap knockoffs in the future. But what I’m really hoping is that Lenovo will bundle the new 2-in-1 Power Hub with laptops in the future so you won’t have to pay $75 to get one.
