There have been several changes in Windows 7 Build 7022, one of them is the Task Pane In Windows 7 Build 7022. You can see in the above screenshot in the Left Task-pane gets a new clean light-bluish background which gives it a very neat look and feel. Now if you want this New cool-light-bluish Task pane in your Windows 7 Build 7000, just follow the steps below.
1. Go to C:\Windows\System32 - C is the Drive where Windows 7 is installed.
2. Now look for “Shell32.dll” and take ownership of the file. If you dont know who to take ownership its explained below.
3. Rename “Shell32.dll” to “oldShell32.dll” and click on Continue at the Confirmation Prompt
4. Download the New Shell32.dll from here.
5. Now extract the content of the downloaded zip on to desktop and copy “Shell32.dll” from that into C:\Windows\System32 folder.
6. Your Done!
