Windows Live integration in Windows 8 revealed

We have recently got a pic from an anonymous tipster showing the Windows Live cloud integration in Windows 8. The picture shows the Windows account options in Windows 8. We can see that the image has two options one to link an Online ID for this and other computer and another to open an account for this computer only.
 
Linking an online id to Windows 8 would allow you to save Personalized settings for Windows, Personalized experiences for your programs, Automatic sign-in to your websites and programs and you could use this online ID to open your Windows 8 account with the mentioned features on any PC.
