Panasonic have announced their plans for developing a Windows 8 tablet that will run on Intel's chip-set.
At last week’s TabTimes Tablet Strategy conference, Jim Dempsey, Panasonic’s Business Enterprise Development Manager was quoted as saying "Windows 8 will need more juice than ARM provides to power tablets".
The die seems to be cast now and almost every tech vendor has started to announce their plans for Windows 8 hardware.
More interesting is the fact that vendors are starting to choose camps - either ARM or Intel.
This fall will be very interesting.
