This very nice Gadget is from sfkilla when You cannot find it on Google just ask me and I will provide it or Upload it so that You are able to download it!, let me know pls.
About the Gadget it is very good and shows all Your harddisks and/ or partitions and used space, see also the pic here below (click to enlarge),
