I have been doing Windows since version 3! Have used all the versions for at least a while.....
Am now retired (was electronics engineer)

Have one PC running Win7 v7000 32 bit, another running 64bit and a 3rd running v7057. They all seem to hold up really well V.impressed really. In fact so impressed that I tried running the 32bit as my main PC but then found there was a problem with drivers for quite a few things. Since Win7 is Vista (plus a bit) you would have thought the Vista drivers would have worked.... But the installers are too clever by half! Many recognise that it is Win7 you are using and say 'wrong OS'!!!

So my main PC is still XP pro for now... I am in the UK by-the-way.
