EA Sports revealed SSX: Deadly Descents at the VGAs in Los Angeles last night.

The snowboarding title wasn't confirmed to be on any particular platforms and a release date wasn't revealed - but we have got a trailer and some screens.

An official SSX website has subsequently revealed that the title "pits riders versus both mountain and man" - suggesting there may be a fair few destructible environments on the way.

SSX meets Need For Speed? We likey. Oddly, the trailer has something of a CoD feel to it. See what we mean?
