Check or Disable Hibernation in Windows XP

I just did this for a friend of my moms who was having trouble recovering from hibernation, and thought I would pass it along to any of you still using XP.

Now a question - If you're still using Windows XP, WHY?

Below are the instructions to Check or Disable Hibernation in Windows XP.
 
   right-click the desktop and click on and click on "properties".
   click the screen saver tab.
   click the power settings button
   in the power options properties dialog box click the hibernate tab.
   uncheck the enable hibernation check box.
   click OK then click OK again
