Windows 8 Release Preview China Edition screenshots show off Start Screen & More

A recent report suggested that Microsoft was working on a China Edition of Windows 8 and the report suggested that this SKU was to be sold in China only. Now, we see two new leaked screenshots that showcase this edition, but take it with a grain of salt!







Not that long ago, Microsoft's corporate vice president and original equipment manufacturer Steve Guggenheimer had confirmed in a report that Windows 8 China edition is indeed real and that Microsoft is planning to launch a Chinese version of Windows 8 to the Chinese market. The leaked screenshots don't really tell us much except that there will be a weather, sports, travel, and search app specifically for China. More on this as it develops.
