When will you buy Windows 7 ?

First of all, will you buy it? Do you think that Windows 7 will make your life easier? What do you expect from Windows 7?

I know, i am asking too many questions. But i wonder if people have big expectations from Windows 7. Actually, i have. In XP i’ve never seen the blue screen. But in Vista i see it daily. Even some days 2-3 times. My friends have the same complain. I expect that Microsoft will solve that kind of problems in Windows 7.

And i expect more from Microsoft. Due to its new kernel (minwin) i expectit will run faster. In Vista, i am afraid of enabling the gadgets. At startup, they start in 2-3 minutes. I hope this will be fixed in Windows 7.

These are my main expectations from Windows 7. I believe that even if these expectations are not realized in Windows 7, Microsoft will make a better OS than Vista.

So i am thinking to buy it when it is released. Please comment what you are thinking and please join our poll on the right side panel of site.

1. NO, Sorry, but I will not buy Windows 7.
reason: I bought Vista and feel 100% screwed. while it is better than XP it is not what we were promised.  It is JUNK-Vista.
2. I will run a Pirate version untill the next Windows (?? version comes out.
3. I have Beta tested Windows since Pre-Windows 95. and like Win98 ME and Windows 2000 I feel that Vista was a bigger failure.

Yes, Vista sucks. But it's not as bad as everyone says. The main reason Vista failed, is because manufacturers sold it on crap PCs that couldn't handle it, and hardware manufacturers were too lazy to make beta drivers to test pre release.

From what I've seen of Windows 7, I will most likely be buying it when its released. Or when my evaluation version runs out at the start of March next year.

I don't see why XP users have to be to stubborn in upgrading to Windows 7. Surely, having tested the beta you can see how good it is so far. And at the end of the day, didn't it take TWO service packs for XP to come good? Vista improved a lot with SP1, and I'm sure Windows 7 even as good as it is now, might need one service pack to be amazingly blindingly fast. At the end of the day, bugs are problems will always be found on release, as not everyone is running Windows 7.

I have my faith in Microsoft. The failure of Vista was not all their fault. The PC manufacturers and hardware manufacturers are to blame also.

Bring on Windows 7 release day!

Definitely I'm the on the first maybe second or third on the line when Windows 7 hits the RTM..
why?..because I really love it..It makes me really productive with the help of superbar(2-3 clicks away to program no more)
I tested it (7068) some tweaks maybe and bugs needed to be squash and It'll be rock solid as Vista sp2 claim..

Gonna make some money from now on until Windows 7 release

NB: XP is good but need something new and dont get me started on Vista !!!
