Download from microsoft to resolve software compatibility issues

Microsoft has provided Windows 7 users with a download that is supposed to help, and perhaps completely resolve compatibility issues that have arisen with certain applications.

you don't know how to make an update to your os????
i said that because i know the feeling when you can't make an app to work on vista...o i used to have a bad life with vista and now at least it is  a little better...microsoft really dissapointed me at the time they were on the vista  bussiness...hope you understand an ex-vista-user
