At least, according to WZor, the prominent leaker of Microsoft software. Intelligence from Russia suggests that Windows 10 build 10036 is likely to be released to Windows Insiders soon.
Yes, the same version that saw a bucketload of screenshots leak yesterday.
And yes, the same version that apparently comes without a few widely expected features — features like Start Menu transparency and the Spartan web browser. Unless someone is doing a really great job hiding them, it seems we may not get them in the next version that gets published.
Details to when this version will be release are not available, however.
But WZor promises that more is coming:
Microsoft, it is said, is fixing a few bugs and giving this version final touches. Theoretically it could launch later today or sometimes this week, but this much is clear that we are very close to a new preview version of Windows 10.
From the look of things, meaning the images that leaked, this version does not bring all that much new in terms of features and user interface.
So let’s just hope Redmond ships the best possible version to users when it decides to do so. It has been a long time coming, and leaks have revealed much.
