Since there are a fair number of users happily running Windows 10 on their Mac hardware, Apple is getting into the spirit of things with a driver update.
Its a pretty minor affair, with a camera driver fix that improves FaceTime Camera support for Windows users using Boot Camp.
It affects those with 2015 edition MacBooks, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro systems and can be downloaded from the
Apple Support Site.
If you’re one of these hybrid users, then we’re all keen to know how you think Windows 10 compares to OS X. Also, how does it perform on Mac hardware?
It is strange to think that Apple and Microsoft used to be at each others throats when it came to OS launches.
But now both seem to coexist pretty peacefully, with Mac hardware sales and OS X usage remaining strong but fairly low compared to Windows, with Apple having around 5% market share.
Of course, Apple makes a lot more from hardware than Microsoft does with Surface, but the times could be changing under the new Microsoft era.
