How to Change Sound Input and Output Devices on Windows 10
« on: August 12, 2015, 05:03:54 PM »
Windows PCs typically have a lot of external hardware attached to them. Monitors, mice, keyboards, speakers, my PC is even connected to my Xbox One.

All of this means that some functions may be duplicated.

My Surface Pro 3 recognizes the Xbox One as an external display, and an external sound device, and that means that Windows has to decide between using the built in display and speakers, or the ones provided by the Xbox One.

The instructional video below will show you how to change sound input and output devices on Windows 10.
