Microsoft Website Confirms Surface Pro 4, Band 2, Lumia 950
« on: September 16, 2015, 02:56:03 PM »
The source code in a Microsoft website, but we’ll take it. The company is hiding details about these highly anticipated hardware products in a section of the web page.

Meta section of the site, actually.

Redmond recently sent out invites for the October 6 event in New York, and although the company has remained tight lipped on the products that could be unveiled at this gathering, leaks and rumors have shed plenty of light on what we can expect.

Basically, the Surface Pro 4, the Band 2, as well as the Windows 10 Mobile powered Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL smartphones.

It’s a quick glimpse, as noted, but this is what the section reads:

Quote
“Windows 10 devices, Windows devices, Microsoft Band, Microsoft Surface, Lumia, Live stream, Windows announcement, Windows Phone.”
Well, almost everyone knows that the company is working on these devices for a while it’s nice to get a little confirmation from the official source — even if the original announcement doesn’t say anything about the hardware in question.

Right now, Windows 10 Mobile is still in development, but the software titan is on track to finalize the mobile operating system in the next few weeks.

As for the Band 2, a number of details have been revealed, though not the vital ones like whether the second generation wearable comes with any new sensors, capabilities or battery enhancements.

Same is the case with the Surface Pro 4, which is expected to make an appearance, in two different setups, a 12-inch version and another 14-inch model, both feature advanced hardware and powered by the Windows 10 operating system.

Take a look at the website here.
