Ive been loving the 32bit windows7, but just picked up a core2 with 4gb of RAM cheap, so I was wondering if anyone had a link to a windows7 64bit download or torrent...

dun mean to seem lazy, but i prefer to prefer to work from recommended directions than chasing ghosts...

i am going to do some reading to see if i can upload it to my skydrive acct, and then share that acct with you.  then you would simply download it directly from me.

@javajolt not sure if you meant upload the actual iso or the torrent file but the max upload size is like 50 MB for skydrive so iso is out. I wanted to upload my iso's to my skydrive as well but no such luck, the torrent file on the other hand is a different story that would work quite well.

@deftlydone if java cant get the file to you, although i'm sure he will, let us know and we will work some more on it

correct the iso will not go on skydrive, i currently have winrar splitting it into 30mb files, and will uplaod them to one of my skydrive accts.  i am thinking this will happen tonight 3.20.09

actually riso, system administrator says to forget build 7057 as build 7061 is close at hand.  however i am still splitting it just incase it is needed.

even splitting the iso the great firewall of china might block it too.

my system froze about half way through the split process.  the split would amount to approx 68 files at 50MB each.  if you want me to split W7 build 7057 x64 Please PM me.
